Century II's Bob Brown Expo Hall and Exhibition Hall are different spaces, despite the similar names. Their published specifications identify distinct floor surfaces, mezzanine areas and connections to other halls, all of which should be reflected in an event furniture and receiving plan.

Use the full hall name on the furniture schedule

Century II describes Bob Brown Expo Hall with its loading dock, overhead access doors and adjoining Connecting Lobby. Exhibition Hall has terrazzo floors, a stage and its own main-floor and mezzanine areas. An abbreviated destination such as 'expo' can leave the carrier or setup crew without the information needed to find the intended room.

Identify the full contracted hall, floor level and room allocation on purchase and delivery documents. Ask the venue to confirm the unloading point and internal route for that destination. Give the installer the largest packaged dimensions and the appropriate floor-protection requirements. Do not assume the access description for Bob Brown Expo Hall applies to every space in the complex.

Confirm the contracted connections before combining room capacity

Bob Brown Expo Hall's page describes a retractable wall that can connect it with Convention Hall and Exhibition Hall. Exhibition Hall also describes its relationship with Convention Hall and the outdoor display potential of Kennedy Plaza. These are configuration possibilities, not confirmation that every adjoining area is included in a particular booking.

Ask for the current event plan showing which walls and connecting areas are available. Allocate furniture to the contracted footprint and keep any registration or waiting setup within the agreed lobby or plaza arrangement. If the program changes between exhibition and banquet use, identify which pieces move and where they can wait while the room is reset.

Separate mezzanine deliveries from main-floor utility planning

Both hall pages describe mezzanine exhibit capacity, while Bob Brown Expo Hall identifies utilities in floor locations, along the perimeter and from the catwalk system. A furniture package for several levels may therefore need different movement and connection arrangements within the same event.

Confirm the route to each mezzanine allocation before selecting bulky pieces. Ask for the service-point plan for counters or displays needing power or water, and keep those connections accessible after furniture placement. Send the venue a single drawing showing furniture, circulation and service needs, then give the approved version to the setup crew so installation follows the planned room arrangement.
