Your request

We collect the contact details and project requirements you submit, including any product selections or planning brief you choose to include. We also record your submission-based referral assent, the wording and version shown, and submission information. Please include only information needed for your furniture request.

Supplier referrals

Immediately above the submit button, we show this notice: “By submitting, you agree that we may share your contact details and project requirements with relevant furniture suppliers so they can contact you about this request. Privacy Policy.” Submitting the form records your assent to this notice, allowing us to share necessary contact and project details with relevant independent furniture suppliers so they can quote and contact you directly about that request. This permission concerns that request and does not authorize unrelated general marketing. Earlier inquiries and direct emails are not treated as referral permission without separate consent. Suppliers handle their own responses, privacy practices and purchase terms.

Storage and website services

Web3Forms processes and stores webform submissions and sends the submitted details to our email inbox. Our current form retention setting is three years. That setting does not delete copies in our mailbox. Cloudflare hosts the website. Google provides email and website analytics, and YouTube provides embedded videos. These services may process technical information and information outside your country.

Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology. Video playback loads when you choose to play a video; preview images may load earlier. Product selections and saved plans may be stored in your browser. You can manage cookies and saved site data through your browser settings.

Privacy requests

Contact the Privacy Officer, Commercial Furniture Depot, at hello@commercialfurnituredepot.com to request access or correction, ask about deletion, or withdraw permission for future referrals. We may need to verify your request. Withdrawal cannot undo information already disclosed; contact a supplier about records it holds.
