That makes the current approach to a loading door more useful than a general promise that an entire district is accessible or protected.

Before releasing a large order, have the site team confirm the usable street approach, unloading position and internal path for the actual delivery week. Ask whether the receiving arrangement changes between construction phases. The project update explains the work program; it should not be treated as a live truck-routing bulletin.

For an occupied hotel, restaurant or institutional building, divide the schedule into rooms that are ready to receive and rooms still dependent on site work. Label cartons by installation zone and agree where early arrivals can remain dry and secure. Keep a separate list of items requiring assembly, since a temporary receiving area may accept cartons without providing enough space to build tables or stage a full seating set.
