Banquet Tables
6 styles
Compare table shapes for guest dining, shared meals and service areas. These complete-table concepts show round pedestal, rectangular corner-leg, racetrack and long trestle arrangements. Use them to explain the visual direction of an event space before confirming actual sizes and handling requirements.
Give guest tables and service tables different briefs
Sable Point and Ivory Point provide round-top references with different pedestal treatments. Sable Dune and Ivory Haven show rectangular tops on corner legs. Sable Arc uses a racetrack outline and twin pedestals, while Ivory Hollow has a long top on two linked trestles. Compare these shapes against the proposed room plan; the pictures supply no measured seat capacity or folding specification.
Separate dining, buffet and registration quantities
List each use and the space available for it. Use the Banquet Seating Calculator to organize the dining layout discussion, then confirm actual table and chair dimensions against the venue's approved plan.
Request the handling specification for the actual model
For rooms that reset between events, ask whether the offered table folds, its folded dimensions, rated load and compatible transport cart. MityLite's table information illustrates why folding and storage details belong to a specific supplier model.
Quote complete tables and components separately
These gallery items depict assembled tables. If you instead request loose tops and bases, identify them as separate components and ask the supplier to confirm compatibility. Include quantities for guest dining and service areas separately in the enquiry.
