For a business purchase, obtain the approved café drawing and inventory from the former operator, then confirm the new owner's application requirements. Furniture included in the sale does not by itself establish that the new operator can continue the previous outdoor arrangement.

For a refresh under the same ownership, make a comparison sheet with the existing and proposed products. Show dimensions, arrangement and any boundary changes. Send that sheet to Planning before committing to a full replacement order, especially if the new pieces require a different table spacing or storage pattern.

Keep product samples and preliminary quotations distinct from the final schedule released for delivery. Once the arrangement is accepted, use its furniture identifiers on the installation plan. This gives the crew a clear answer when a substitute item arrives or a table location is questioned.
