The HIG-231 Refreshment Nook consolidates the guestroom beverage station into one built-in unit designed to Holiday Inn H5 hotel program standards. Concealed paneling hides a dedicated refrigerator, while open display shelving above gives guests a place to set coffee cups, a kettle, or snacks. At 25 inches wide and 78 inches tall, it fits into a narrow guestroom wall without eating into the floor plan, suiting standard guestrooms as well as extended-stay layouts and renovation work upgrading the refreshment zone. CFD builds this nook to match the approved finish selections, and shop drawings are issued for client sign-off ahead of production. Twenty units make up the order minimum.
